Why FGM Ambassadors Earn 5% to 15% Commission (And How To Climb)
Most brand ambassador programs pay a flat fee. FGM gamified it. Here's exactly how our 5-tier ambassador ladder works, what each rank unlocks, and why our top ambassadors earn 3x more than they did at the start.
When we launched the FGM ambassador program, we did one thing differently: we refused to pay a flat commission.
Why? Because flat commission punishes hustle. The person sharing FGM with 500,000 followers and the person sharing it with 200 followers shouldn't earn the same rate. And the person who's been with us for two years shouldn't earn the same rate as the person who signed up yesterday.
So we built a 5-tier rank ladder with commissions that climb from 5% to 15% as you grow.

A 5★ ambassador earns 3x more per sale than a 1★ ambassador. That's the entire point.
How tracking works
Every accepted ambassador gets:

Anti-fraud (why your earnings are protected)
We had to add these rules to protect the program:
- $20 minimum order to count toward commission (stops sticker-flipping)
- No self-purchases — your own email can't trigger your own commission
- One redemption per customer — friends can't keep ordering to game the system
- Paid only — refunded/cancelled orders don't count
These rules also protect honest ambassadors: when your commission rate climbs to 15%, you want every dollar of it to actually pay out.
When you rank up, we tell you
The moment you cross a threshold, you get a rank-up email from us with your new rate, a 5-star badge, and a ready-to-paste IG caption so you can brag about it. We also publish your new rate on your portal immediately — your next sale credits at the higher rate, automatically.
Why this matters
A flat 10% commission program is fine. A 5%-15% laddered program is a game — and people don't quit games. That's why our retention beats every flat-commission program we've ever benchmarked.
